"Just a couple of years ago, I was a high school math teacher teaching cycling classes on the side a couple days a week at a local facility with a handful of bikes. When COVID became a reality, this facility shut down and this cycling chapter came to a close ... or did it?!
Ride and Shine was built out of passion to create a workout that is so powerful for your mental, physical, and emotional health! I wanted to create a workout experience that supports all fitness levels, that combines a strong sense of community, and a place where you always walk out feeling better than when you came in. I'm lucky to now have a team of 9 incredible instructors who lead, motivate, and cheer on our shine squad in their fitness journeys!
We might be a small town, but we are bringing big energy, big heart, big movement, and big community!"
