We set the stage with our dark room, candle-lit podium, theatrical lighting, and some rocking music! Let the rhythm and movement of class set the tone for a good day!

We offer state-of-the-art Lemond Revmaster Pro stationary bikes. Our bikes are compatible with SPD cycling clips. 

We are here for you! From the moment you walk in the door, you will be greeted with warm smiles and gracious service. 

• We offer complimentary towels on every bike and hand weights for class.
• Our studio team will help you get set up, position and adjust the bike to fit you properly, and more. If it is your first class, our staff will be sure to give you some extra love with bike setup and class prep!
• For just $2, you can rent a pair of cycling shoes for class. 
• We offer two changing rooms.
