how do I sign up for online classes?

- First, make an account on Vimeo.com and follow the "Ride and Shine" account.
- Then head to the "Pricing" tab and select our online membership plan.
- Once you have purchased an online membership, you will sent an email and gain immediate access to our catalog of over 90 recorded classes that will be updated monthly.
- Billing occurs every 30 days and you can cancel any time by contacting Ride and Shine.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A BIKE RENTAL?
Let's spice up your kitchen, bedroom, or basement with a Lemond bike?!
- We'll deliver the bike to your home, provide you with cleaning solution for the bike, and properly adjust the bike settings for your perfect fit!
- The cost is $150 per month and will be renewed monthly for a minimum of three months.
